A Consultant from PAK KEYS Consulting will do an on site evaluation. After your onsite evaluation you will receive a written report which your consultant will review with you, in detail.

KEY components to your success will be the in class interactive obsevations and the staff interviews. Our team will work with your staff in the classroom and discuss the learning process as well as the health and safety proceedures and hazards including on the playground. Safety issues on the playground can result in low scoring in many different areas of your assesment.

During the staff interviews we will determine the areas in which individual staff members will need to sharpen their skills and knowledge. Staff training and development is an on going process. Staff must learn to perfom according to the standards until it becomes routine and intuitive. If you just train for the observation all of it will be lost and your staff will not pass subsequent observations. This is use it or lose it!
